We raise our fish, shrimp, and axolotls with love and package them just the same. If there are any issues upon receipt of your fish and/or snails, take a time stamped photo within the first hour of arrival and email it to us. Upon receipt of photo, we will refund or replace the fish/shrimp/axolotl, minus the cost of shipping.
