Live Arrival Guarantee

We raise our fish, shrimp, and axolotls with love and package them just the same. 

We guarantee 100% live arrival. 

*If there are any issues upon receipt of your fish/shrimp/axolotl, take a time stamped photo within the first hour of arrival and email it to us. Upon receipt of photo, we will refund or replace the livestock, minus the cost of shipping.  

**Orders that are held for Pick Up at Post Office have 2 hours from contact to retrieve package from post office.

***We only ship on Mondays, holidays permitting.

****No shipments to P.O. boxes; NO exceptions.
