The longfin white cloud mountain minnow is a peaceful community fish that reaches 1.5 inches, with flowing fins and a shimmering body boasting bright red coloration. The wild variant originated from the shallow, clear streams of the White Cloud Mountain range in the Guangdong province of southern China. They are peaceful community fish best kept in a group of 8 or more and in a cool water community tank. They also make great tubbing fish!
The longfin white cloud mountain minnow is very hardy and prefers parameters of 6 - 8 pH, gH 4 - 15 dkh, KH of 3 - 10 dkh and temps between 60 - 75. Too warm of temps will stress them. We keep our LFWCMM in parameters of:
